I can't buy the plus or professional version, The purchase is not being conclude

I am trying since yesterday buy one of this version, i already tried from 4 pcs and all the browser in the world, and fill differents cards and the billing appears at the credit card app, but is canceled then, and in the page of purchase there's a process
a processing error is displayed. Help me, i want to buy but i cant do it.

Please try:

-- Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
-- Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/private-browsing-browse-web-without-saving-info
-- Safari: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH19216

  • Restore your browser to its default settings and disable any browser plugins and remove cookies.

I already tried this, anda i stil get the error i will send you some pictures. Seem that there's a error to confirm the purchase from dropbox.

Now it's saying to try again in 24 hours, because i reach the maxium number of billing tryings,

Sorry to see we've hit the limit here.  We'll have to wait 24 hours to try again.

Please check with your bank if they have blocked this transaction for any reason in the meantime. Get back to me to let me know if it works in 24 hours. If it doesn't I will create a ticket for you.
