I can't change my email without first verifying it

I need to change my email adress, but I cant because i need to verify my old one and I dont know the password for that mail. What should I do? Thanks

Hi @Mislav Braovic, thanks for joining the Community!

 

I understand your concern on this matter. In order to change the email address, it needs to be verified first to confirm that you own and have access to the email.

 

If you don’t have access to that email, then it wouldn’t be possible to verify the account, and thus change the email address.

 

You could try to contact the email provider to reset that email a password in order for you to receive the verification email, so you can then change the email on the Dropbox site.
