I can't connect my personal and business account, any help?

I have a personal and business drop box account. I can't connect to my business account. It always defaults back to my personal account. How do I integrate the two?

When you connected the two accounts, did you follow the steps outlined here?

 

Also, when you mention that it defaults back to the personal account, can you clarify for me where you're referring to? For example, are you looking at the website or desktop app perhaps?

Thank you for your potential solution. When I mean defaults, I have a personal dropbox account and business one that my employer uses. Even after closing my personal account and signing into my business account. I can't access data from my business account only my personal. How can I have access to both accounts without having to sign in and out of both accounts?

Can you please let us know if you're indeed using the steps from the Help Center article @Daphne has linked to? 

 

Also, it's still not clear what exactly is not working for you so could you clarify the platform you're seeing this behavior on? Is it our website, the desktop app on a computer or perhaps the mobile app?

 

Last but not least, what exact plan is the business account you're referring to?
