Dropbox will not let me create new password to the account [personal information removed as per Community Guidelines]

Hi there @Ahoch, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

 

Out of curiosity, are you following the steps outlined here

 

If so, could you let me know what's happening when you try to change your password? Are you getting any error messages?
