I am unable to downfrade my subscription. The change plan tab is greyed out, anc cannot be clicked on. I do not see the options you list in the previous question. Thank you.
How did you upgrade?
If it was via GooglePlay / Apple etc. you need to downgrade via there.

Have you tried another browser?
Also, as Mark mentioned, if you subscribed through the mobile app, then you need to manage your subscription within the app store that you subscribed through; Google Play or Apple App Store.
Thank you. I tried a different browser, and also tried through GooglePlay, and still was unable to make the change. I'm sure it must be something very simple, like using a different brower), but I'm not sure what simple step is.
I'm having the same problem, tried multiple browsers and cannot get an option to cancel a Business Trial plan.
I want to go back to the basic free tier and cannot. All it says is "See other Plans" with no original option.
Can you confirm for me @Williemays, where did you upgrade your account from? Was this through the Dropbox website, or through the mobile app?
