I've had monthly Dropbox fees, but it does not appear to be associated with any of my known dropbox accounts. I've tried to use the credit card look up tool but the transaction info does not have the necessary 12 digit number to look it up by credit card. Any help would be appreciated!
Hi @cjellefsen, thanks for posting on the Community!
In this instance, it would be needed for the support team to look at this by logging into your account, clicking this support link.
Then you can scroll down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible for the team to look at this.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
