I can't find my files after upgrading my account

I wanted to switch my account to DropBox Business. I've choosen to keep the same ID (email for connection) without anticipated that It will re-start from scratch. So I loose all my previous files (. Please help. How can I get them back ? Thanks

Hi there, if you’re upgrading to a Dropbox Business team, then you won’t lose your files.
If the files were deleted somehow, could you confirm if you can locate and restore them from the deleted files page?
If they’re not there, could you check your shared folders in case they were unshared from your account?
