I can't get access to a shared folder

I can't get access to a shared folder

New member | Level 2

my boss shared a folder with me but i cannot get in until my email is verified however i am not receiving the verification email. i have tried multiple times to resend it but still not working.

Thank you!

Hey there @hofmannn - sorry to hear that; have you checked your spam folder as well?

Note that when you request to verify your email address, you will receive an email from no-reply@dropbox.com with the steps to verify your account.

If you don't receive an email after a reasonable amount of time, the next step it to check your spam folder to ensure that no-reply@dropbox.com is not blocked. You can also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and request another email verification email. 

If you are still not receiving the email, please let me  know!!
