I can't get support for assistance cancelling an old unused account.

THE single worst support system I have ever [profanity removed] encountered in 20+yrs.
[profanity removed] DB (perfect initials ). I have been stuck in a never-ending [profanity removed] show of fake robot emails and bounced replies.
Put in multiple tickets with nothing but [profanity removed] for replies.
Trying to cancel an old unused account from a previous job.
Your system sucks so badly it has crossed me up and is now including my CURRENT boss/company in this horse [profanity removed]. Like DB is going to cancel the account.
This is beyond the pale and a serious breach of privacy and security.
If you can't correctly tie profiles to accounts, then what safeguards are in place at all?
I amreporting Dropbox to the Better Business Bureau.
If you even look at thr current account prepare for a lawsuit.
You [profanity removed] clowns are a JOKE!

I can see that a member of the team got back to you there, did you receive their email? Was this mistakenly directed to your spam/junk inbox instead perhaps?
