I can't locate which account is taking payment from our card

Hi,

We are a charity in the UK. We have been paying Dropbox subscription since 2017 via Lloyd Bank. 

We tried to cancel the debit card payment via the bank. And the cards also are expired as well.

We still couldnt manage to cancel Dropbox payments. We dont know our Dropbox account number or who first registered to Dropbox.

We have only bank statements.

Hi @cihank, thanks for joining the Community!

I’ve amended the post to remove the billing information for your own security and privacy.

Could you try entering the transaction ID on the card lookup tool to see if you’re able to locate which account it belongs to?

Hello, The answer I get is "Can’t locate transaction ID, please submit a Billing Help request." Still not able to cancel Dropbox payments. We want to learn our Dropbox account number. How can we learn it please? Thanks, Cihan
