I can't login to my Dropbox account after renew my phone system

I can't login to my Dropbox account after renew my phone system

Explorer | Level 4

Yesterday I update my phone system from MIUI 10 to 11, after that I can't login to my Dropbox account from the new system phone.

I had input the 6 digital security code received by my register email acount and verified the "new login verify email".  After those steps done, I got a issue prompt"Unknown problem, please contact to Dropbox customer service"

Hey @zhedielj. Thanks for contacting us. 

Sorry to hear that something is failing in your log in process.  Maybe the update of you mobile OS shook things a bit. 

Let's reinstall the Dropbox mobile app and try to access your account once more.
