I can't login to my account, and I'm not getting the password reset

I cannot log into my drop box and the email is not coming to my email.

Hi @charlisanders21, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try resetting the password again?

 

Try also checking your junk folder in case the email went there directly.
