I was consistently paying 9.99 for my account until one day while I was signed in I was abruptly signed out. When I attempted to sign back in I was told my password was wrong so I attempted to reset the password & when I typed in my email to reset it I was told my account was disabled. It’s been 20 days and I have not gotten a response from ANYONE at dropbox. I’ve tried on twitter and facebook but still no response. I know there’s a coronavirus outbreak, but this is getting ridiculous. I need access to my account.
