I can't login to my other Dropbox account, can you help me?

Dear Sir / Mam ,

when i try to sign in i get redirected to a page which says  ''we sent a code to [Removed as per Community Guidelines] and any devices you’ve linked to this account, enter the code to continue'' this led me to make another account to ask for support as i need my account urgently 

i haven't recieved an email from dropbox and i think it's because yahoo doesnt recieve emails of dropbox anymore so what should i do

my Dropbox email is also [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

Hi @saadsuperstar316, thanks for posting today!

 

Just to clarify, are you referring to the steps in this article

 

If so, you should have received a password reset to your new email. Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try again? Also, check the junk/spam folder in case it went there.

Sir, 

i've tried all possible steps ,

i've contacted yahoo and they have said that there isnt any issues 

i tried to reset it from linked devices but i dont have any 

and it isnt in the junk as well 

moreover when i try to sign into my account, if i write my email correctly and an incorrect password it also redirects me to the verification email 

can youy please help me as soon as possible

If you're not getting that message, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

 

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.

This would be the account you're experiencing issues with. You'll receive an automated response from Zendesk, our support platform, with the ticket ID
