I can't open my account as I can't receive the verification since I lost my phone. Ideas?

I can't open my account as I can't receive the verification since I lost my phone. Ideas?

please help me retrieve my former account. Im trying to reset the password, however, I need a verification code. I cannot access the codes from both phones since I already changed numbers and dropped the two numbers listed as my verification numbers. please give me back my account

If you no longer have an active device linked to your account, the only way to access your account will be to use the emergency backup codes you were given when enabled two-step authentication.

I have tried also to recover my past account as i'm unable to access both of my phone numbers and i don't even remember the backup codes. Is there any personal help center regarding these issues to discuss through mail box?

If you haven't already, please check out our Help Center article here to see if you can regain access via any of those options.

 

I'm afraid if you no longer have any of these options though, there isn't much we can do to help you regain access your account.

 

I'd suggest contacting our Support team though to see if there's anything that they could possibly do in this situation. You can do this from here by filling in the relevant details under the "Submit a Help Request" section.
