I can't see my upgraded account?

I can't see my upgraded account?

I upgraded in the app and I was charged for the upgrade to “plus” but I still only have 2 G of storage. How a was I charged but my account didn’t change. Please help!!

Hi there @Intense0ne, thanks for checking in with us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

If you used your mobile device to get a Dropbox subscription, you've upgraded via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), depending on your device type. For this reason, you'll have to contact them as they may have more info on the matter.
