Hi @Carolysla, thanks for posting today!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you're not seeing a cancel option, then either you're not on a paid Dropbox subscription, or you're on a Dropbox Business team.

 

If you're instead trying to delete your account entirely, including all files within, try following these steps.
