Hello, 

 

I am using a Huawei WAS-LX1 with Andoid 8.0.0

Despite rebooting, deinstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox App, setting a new password, having a correct user name I cannot sign in on Android (Can sign in on WIN10) 

Please tell me what to do.

Hi @Gerihud777; welcome aboard!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues withi signing into your account via our mobile app (our most recent version for mobiles on Android is v.184.2.8 ) on your Android device. 

 

May I ask if you're trying to install our app from the Google app store or any other source on the affected device?

 

Also, if you're on the free, Basic plan, have you ensured that this device wouldn't put you over your account's device limit

 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
