I can’t log into my DB anymore. I’ve always used an my apple email as I did. I am now getting error message: “Business account users can’t Sign In with Apple.” ??? Please help. That’s the only way I’ve ever signed in

Hi @Dee16,

😁 What's the "only way" you are talking about? 🙂 You are talking about 2 different ways actually! Using "apple email" and "Sign in with Apple". The second means you're using Apple's authentication system (not the Dropbox one)! Take a look on following:

What actually are you using? 😉 Even when using the same email, accounts are different!
