I can't upgrade my account. What can I do now?

When i try to upgrade my account. It won’t let me it says operation failed how can i fix this. I already got a subscription but it won’t update it on the app

Hey @Nana345, thanks for reaching out to us. 

 

If you're trying to upgrade to one of our subscriptions through:

  • The website, you can try going to this link from another browser. 
  • Your mobile device, you'll be upgrading through the Apple app store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), so you'll have to contact them for more info on the matter. 

However, if you have charges on your credit card but you're not seeing the space associated with the relevant plan, could it be that it's for a another account connected to a different email? You can check this by using our credit card charge lookup tool.
