I hope everyone is fine and healthy. I used to have a dropbox account a few years back. For some reason, ı should have to delete my account. Now I am subscribed with the same email address. But, somehow it is not working and I already paid for 2 different subscriptions. Still, it is not working. Anyone can help me with this issue? i should take a refund for one subscription and it should be upgraded.
I did via mobile app, and it said you already have an account with this email address, but charge the money from me. Is it possible to take the refund? and also, even if I bought two subscriptions, it charged the money but my account still looks "basic".
