I can't upgrade my plan, why?

hello guys!

I hope everyone is fine and healthy. I used to have a dropbox account a few years back. For some reason, ı should have to delete my account. Now I am subscribed with the same email address. But, somehow it is not working and I already paid for 2 different subscriptions. Still, it is not working. Anyone can help me with this issue? i should take a refund for one subscription and it should be upgraded.

If you're having issues upgrading your Dropbox account, are you trying upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?

Do you see any payments on your account here?

hello!

I did via mobile app, and it said you already have an account with this email address, but charge the money from me. Is it possible to take the refund? and also, even if I bought two subscriptions, it charged the money but my account still looks "basic".

Which mobile app did you use, was it on an Android or iOS device?

Were you charged according to your bank statement from Google Play or iTunes?

Were you charged twice according to your bank statement?

Could you try restoring the purchase to your account using these steps?
