I can't upgrade my profile with the 20% discount

I can't upgrade my profile with the 20% discount

I'm trying to upgrade my profile with the the 20% discount I had received via email it seems this is not available anymore, when I click on pay, it seems I'm going pay the normal price. What can I do to upgrade with the discount? Please help as I need to do it by today! Thanks! Laura

Since this is a billing related issue, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team as we won't be able to discuss any billing specific info here over on the Community.

 

To reach out to the team, please fill in the details under "Submit a help request" section on this page to make sure it's directed to the right place. You can also let me know the ticket number you receive (eg. #1234567).
