I am very discouraged and very unhappy. I tried the last couple of days to upgrade my account with the email I received to get 20% off if I Pay for a year. As long as I upgrade by today I would get the discount. I tried the last two days and today and keeps saying Error and I need my files. I am trying to upgrade with the 20% and can't find any way to get ahold of customer service. Please contact me on how to upgrade thanks.

To reach out to our Support team, you can fill in the relevant details under the "Submit a help request" section from here.
You'll receive a ticket number (eg. #1234567) which you can let me know here too, so that I can pass along your comments or even follow up with you there.
Since you're getting a rather vague error message there, I can suggest in the meantime trying the following to see if that does the trick:
