I can't verify the security code on my email [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines] because I don't get any codes or a password reset link, I have important documents there, what can I do next, please help who know each other
Hi @Leskingdom, thanks for posting today! Have you checked the spam folder in case it went there directly? If I were you, I'd also give this Help Center article a look. Is it possible that you're using a company or custom domain email? Keep me posted!
