I canceled my trial but got charged. I emailed iwth no assistance

I canceled my Trial the day it ened. I was charged anyways and asked for a refund but only recieved a genaric responce on how to cancel my subscribtion. i already stopped the day it ened. please any help on how to request a refund for my $199.00

As this would require some account specific information to look into, I'd suggest using an incognito window (where you're not logged into any account) to contact our support team through the relevant form.
