I cancell my subscription and they charge me!! please need help!!

I opened Dropbox because they say i have till day 15 to cancell so they didnt charge. I cancelled before that day and they also charge! please need help!! i cant pay that amount of money! they said it was free charge.

I understand your concern over this matter. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!

Do you have a ticket number in order for me to locate it in the system?
