I cancelled a free trial but I got charged yesterday. Can I get a refund?

Good morning. I cancelled yesterday my Dropbox business account (with 18 days free trial left) and receive today an e-mail stating "payment for Dropbox business account received). I want to cancel the whole process and reeive the payment back. What should I do?
