I trialled the dropbox professional offerring and cancelled the 14 day trial after a week or so. I have just been charged as confrimed by an email stating the free trial has ended. I followed all the correct steps but Dropbox still charged me.
I cancelled the free trial before the 14 days and was still charged. How do I get a refund from Dropbox for this unauthorised charge to my card?
Contact support via www.dropbox.com/support and send them a copy of the cancellation email - probably via screengrab
