I cancelled my Professional trial but still got charged. Can you help?

I trialed the dropbox professional and cancelled. Money has been debited out of my account through paypal however I did not want this and it isn't even showing that I have the space.

What next?

Hi @Sharonla; welcome to the Community!

 

In this case, since you've already cancelled your subscription (as your account shows that you're on the free, Basic plan from what gather) I'd suggest trying an incognito window (while logged out of any Dropbox account) to contact our team through the relevant form so we can assist further with billing and account specific information.
