I cancelled my dropbox plus subscription by mistake. how can i restore it without having to pay for it again?

Hi @joe39; welcome to our Community!

 

If you cancelled your subscription and the account hasn't been downgraded to the free, Basic plan yet, you'll be able to resume it through your account's plan tab

 

If the account is already downgraded though, you'll need to re-upgrade from our website anew.

Thanks for your help!

 

The account has indeed been downgraded to the free, Basic plan. In order to re-upgrade it, do I have to pay again? I got the yearly plan and paid the $119.88 less than a motnh ago...

In that case, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team so we can assist further, Joe.

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and from there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
