Hi, I canceled my subscription in March but just got billed for $119 and can't find a place to email and the phone number I called directed me back to the help on the website that just takes me in circles.

To have a better look into this, due to account-specific info needed, you can contact our Support team via this link, from an incognito window, without signing in.

 

You can also let me know the ticket ID you get (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along.
