I cancelled my subscription but still got charged?

I cancelled this subscription several months ago however you have taken another year's subscription can you please refind my card. 

 

Before I go seek the refund via the card issuer.

I canceled my subscription for the trial business service before the end date but still got charged.  Please remove the charge before it goes through my account or refund the fee.

As this is an account/billing issue, you need to contact Support directly.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
