I cancelled this subscription several months ago however you have taken another year's subscription can you please refind my card.

I canceled my subscription for the trial business service before the end date but still got charged. Please remove the charge before it goes through my account or refund the fee.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
This loops me back to the same place I started which led me here. Can you explain where to go once I get to the support page?
I cancelled my account months ago and I am still getting charged as well. I tried sending a email and this is the response I got. With what I am reading above, I am getting even more worried. Please let me know what I have to do to get a refund without spending hours on this! It will not be in anyone's interest if I do end up spending time on this issue.
