I cancelled my subscription and still received an invoice what’s that about?? Please someone help

Hi there @Janvi raj , I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Is it possible that this invoice is for another account? Can you check if the email mentioned in the invoice is for the account that you cancelled the subscription for?

 

It may be that the email was sent automatically before the subscription was cancelled or even in error after it was cancelled.

 

Let me know what you find and we can go from there!
