I cancelled my trial, yet I was informed about it expiring?

New member | Level 2

I have already cancelled my free trial subs. using android phone (thru google). I received a confirmation email from dropbox that it is cancelled. But suddenly I need it again so, I downloaded the app again and signed using my google account. Then, after a few days, I received an email from dropbox and reminding me about the trial subs will be ending. If I will not cancel I will be charged. So I am now confused? What should I do?
Thank you!

Hi @Macky, thanks for joining the Community!

To look into this matter further, could you check the following for me?

  • Could you confirm you're on the same email on the site as the one signed in on your mobile device?
  • According to your payments page, do you see the trial appearing there?
  • What plan are you currently on?
  • If you login to your Google account, are you able to cancel your trial from there, or is it already cancelled?

Keep me posted!
