I cannot access my account

Help! I cannot access one of my 2 accounts. The reset password email DOES NOT appear in my email account. My other account I can access, not problem.

Hi there @CMK52, thanks for reaching out to us. 

 

If you can't find the reset email in your inbox, check your spam folder and make sure that you've added no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book. You can also find more info on this, here

 

If you're still having trouble with this though, go to this link through a private browser and fill out the info requested to submit a Help Request.
