My business plus trial will end on August 4 but I am trying to cancel it through the app, where I signed up. The option to cancel IS there however when I click the 'cancel' button, it says that there are no subscriptions. I double check and I AM in the correct account/email that I signed up with. The account is showing that I have business plus and that the trial is ending August 4th. Not sure what else to do since I don't need the service and I just want to cancel. I can't find an email for support. I fill out the support form but it just gives me the same steps that I already tried but no means of contact.
