I cannot log into my account

Hello, my gmail account became inactive a while ago and I can’t contact google support, every time I send them an email trying to retrieve my account they send me instructions to follow which I have already followed and did not work, since I used the “sign in with google” option on Dropbox i can’t log into my drop box account anymore! Is it posssible to change my email Without loosing the files I have on Dropbox of course. Hope you can help! Thanks

Yes I have tried those steps and none of them work unfortunately, I used the “sign in with google” option on drop box, since the email is not accessible anymore I can’t log in. I have tried typing in my email and password instead of using the log in with google option and it did not work.

Unfortunately, without access to the email itself, it wouldn't be possible to regain access to your Dropbox account or recover the files within.
