I cannot login on a new device due exceeded the limit of connected devices

New member | Level 2

I deleted Dropbox application from all of my old devices. But attempt to login on the new smartphone tells me that I have exceeded the limit of connected devices. How can I activate my account on this device without change of account type?

Hi @Ontario66,

Have you unlink all devices from your account or just "deleted Dropbox application"? 🤔 If you have left linked devices, unlink them from devices list. 😉

Hope this helps.

I resaerched all the settings at my account but I didn't find the property "unlink all/one devices from".

You don't have to research your account, but click on the "device list" link at the end of my previous post. Using the trash icon on every line represented a device link, remove those not in use.

Sorry! I have found it into smartphone's settings! I tried to find it at browser-view before... :(
Thank You!
