I cannot receive instructions to recover password.

EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY EXIST BUT CANNOT RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO RECOVER PASSWORD. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME USING ANOTHER METHOD OR HOW CAN I RECEIVE THE INSTRUCTION FROM DROPBOX TO RESET PASSWORD FROM THE REGISTERED EMAIL. [personal information removed for privacy reasons]

Hello @DKT

I understand you are not receiving the reset password email. 

In this case please try the following:

  1. Check the Spam folder of your email. 
  2. Add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email addresses contacts and try resetting your password. 
  3. If the password does not go through, please create a ticket with our team here

Please be aware we are unable to help with account access or billing issues via the Community, as we do not see your Dropbox accounts for security and privacy reasons.
