I cannot upgrade my account as the billing page is unavailable. What can I do?

I cannot upgrade my account as the billing page is unavailable. What can I do?

I have repetedly logged out and back in. I have refresh the page and I still cannot upgrade my plan and billing information. Can you please tell me when this will be fixed so that I can upgrade my plan.

Walter,

We are trying to get the 9.99 plan for 2 tb. I looks like our account might have been on a free plan or a plan that has expiered.

For 4 days the website says that it is having a problem right now and to check back later.Screen Shot 2020-04-16 at 1.31.24 PM.png

In that case, I'd suggest using an incognito window (while logged OUT from any account) to contact our team through the relevant form so we can assist further @TheMET Church.
