I cant sign-in. I don’t have access my email

Hello friends. It’s my first discussion here.

I can’t sign-in my account because I don’t have access to that email account. This account was school account and I graduated a long time ago and this email was delete. However, I’m almost sure than i have a secondary email or my cellphone is subscribe in this account. I want know if there is another way to recover my account.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, while you no longer have access to the email address, have you tried signing into the Dropbox account at all?

Have you perhaps forgotten the password, or are getting an error message when you try and sign in?

Let me know and we'll take it from there!
