I continue to receive updates and info for a non-existent account.

I continue to receive updates and info for a non-existent account. It is clogging my inbox. I can't unsubscribe, because the mail account to which Dropbox sends the updates does not exist. 

This has happened because I have owned my domain since 1999 - omnilog.com It is mine. I use it. With dropbox as well.

Now some French company, called omnilog, has registered omnilog.fr. But their employees have told Dropbox - wrongly - that the notification address for all sorts of their dropbox stuff is omnilog.com  and not omnilog.fr. This is the root of my problem.

 

I am bombarded with their stuff at my catch-all, because of their stupid error. I have written to the company, to no avail. I have written to dropbox, only to be told that you can't write to them, and the only solution is to ask the community.  I can't unsubscribe because the subscribed address doesn't exist; and anyway, I use dropbox myself legitimately.

 

Any ideas as to what I can do?
