I did not get the 25GB storage from the Asus promotion

Hi community,

 

after buying a new Asus notbeook yesterday I installed everything today including My Asus with Dropbox which promised me 25GB for registering. I signed in with my already existing Dropbox accoungt but the 25GB never showed. Dropbox is still installed and I didn't do anything else.

Is there a way to still redeem the promotion? What did I do wrong?

Now, yes I completed 2 remaining steps: read the Dropbox tutorial and add a new share (I had already many folders shared...). What's next?

Hi Dropbox

I have the same problem, just bought a new ASUS laptop and signed in with me existing Dropbox account but didn’t get the 25GB free space.

Please look into fixing this. My username is [email removed as per Community Guidelines]

Hi,
I'm also having the same issue.
I own a brand new asus laptop but can see the option for the 25 gb of storage in the dropbox plan.
How do I get help from you?
