I did not receive verification codes via SMS when I logged in

I did not receive verification codes via SMS when I logged in

Yesterday and today I was trying to log in my app in my phone account using 2-step verification, my phone number is still the same ending with *8596 but Dropbox doesn't send me codes via text message. I press "didn't receive code button" but still receive nothing. Please offer me a resolution asap.

Hi @xamexavi, thanks for posting today!

 

If you're not receiving the SMS message, you could check with your phone provider to see if it is being blocked somehow.

 

In the meantime, you can use the emergency backup codes generated at the time to login to your account to disable the two step verification.

Hi Jay!

Thanks for reply my posting. But i can't solve my problem. My phone is still working normally, my message is still normal and not blocked.

Just to clarify, is the security code not working, or do you not have the original security codes?

 

Have you tried the other steps on this article?
