Updated to the upgrade but it is not working since i logged out and logged back in. But money is still being charged for the service

If it does not show on your account in 24 hours you have to contact support. If the support bot does not work you can also try reaching out to the Dropbox support twitter. https://twitter.com/DropboxSupport
