Hey @pop60, welcome to our community! 

If you forgot your Dropbox passcode on your mobile, you can reset it and turn off the passcode prompt by removing your Dropbox profile:
  1. Open your device's main Settings app.
  2. Find your Accounts settings.
  3. Select Dropbox.
  4. Select Remove account.
  5. This will remove your Dropbox profile credentials, but it will not affect the contents of your Dropbox folder. The next time you open the Dropbox app, you will need to sign in using your password, but a passcode will not be required.
 
If you have trouble with the steps above, you can also unlink your device on dropbox.com:
  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your avatar.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Security.
  5. Under Devices, click the X next to your device.
  6. The next time you open the Dropbox app on your device you will be prompted to sign in, but a passcode won't be required.

Hey there @Sat2kumar,

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to there, would you mind letting me know some more details such as which passcode you require and what action are you trying to perform? Do you have 2 step verification on your phone and need the code to sign into your account?
