I forgot to cancel my Dropbox trial. How do I cancel my subscription?

Hi, I have been trying to cancel this subscription. I was just trying to use this during the free trial period and forgot to cancel and my card was charge $450. I have no use for drop box. Never used it after the trial period as you can even check. My bank is trying to cancel the charge. Hope this gets resolved as it's a huge amount for something I am not using at all. Thank you.

You need to contact support and ask if you are eligible for a refund (as you technically agreed to no refunds and as you've admitted you didnt cancel it in time - so Dropbox did what you told it to do and charged you). Thats sadly not Dropbox's fault.

Steps for downgrading your Plus or Professional account's subscription:
1. Sign in to dropbox.com
2. Click your avatar or profile picture.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Plan.
5. At the bottom of the page, choose Cancel plan.

Things have changed a bit since this thread was first started. Refer to the following help article for information on cancelling.

Remember that if you started your trial on a mobile device, you'll need to cancel the trial through the app store for that device. You won't be able to cancel through the website.
