I get a "low disc space" error. Any ideas?

I have 479.37 GB available out of a 749.3 GB SSHD.  Why do I have a synch error attributed to "your hard drive is full.  DB will not be able to synch all your stuff."???

I keep getting that message too. I'm using 73.9GB of 1TB available. Yet I keep getting this kind of email:

Hi Konrad,

Your Dropbox is no longer syncing because it's full. That means we can't back up new files you add to your Dropbox or sync to your other devices.

To get your Dropbox back to shape, upgrade to Dropbox Pro and get 1 TB (1,000 GB) of space, plus powerful sharing features.

I should also mention that I'm only using 61% of my 4.8 GB DB.  I see that many others have problems in this area.  Clarification by DB would be very helpful.  What is really the problem here?

I am getting the same message from DB - my HD is definitely not full ! Please can DB come back on this as it's really irritating and not sure if this is something I need to even be concerned about as it might just be an adman glitch and DB is in fact syncing everything as it should?

Hi Konrad

When you say you 'keep getting' this message - is it an email that keeps being sent to you? Could you share how many roughly in which timeframe you've received?

Another question - is it affecting your account sync?

My members are getting emails saying their DB is no longer syncing and they are out of space at 2.2GB.  I purchased the 1T and my DB says 2.2GB of 1T used.  Do each member have to purchase the additional space?
