Hello,
In 03/12/2020, I got charged 119.88$ for Dropbox Plus (24/11/2020 to 24/11/2021 - Account email: [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]) from my credit card.
But its not my account email.
I submited 2 help request, but dont have any reply from support team.
What happened, what can I do about it? Can i refund money?
Please help me.

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has it and used it, and you should be contacting your bank.
I think they were mistaken or your database hacked
