I got charged after the free trial and they won't discuss making this right

New member | Level 2

Got caught up in their 'FREE trial'. Ended up costing me just under $60 out of product for a service I never used. They will not discuss with me making this right. Bummer.

Re: Unhappy customer

Dropboxer

Hey there @MikeGallagher01 - sorry to hear about this.

From what I understand, you signed up for a trial on your Dropbox account and as it wasn't cancelled prior to reverting to a paid subscription, you got charged for it - correct me if I'm wrong please.

As our current Terms of Service outline , in most cases, subscriptions for Dropbox Business, Plus, Professional, and Enterprise are non-refundable while this includes team member licenses too.

You can find them here if you'd like to take a look: https://www.dropbox.com/terms

Now, as you mentioned that we won't discuss making this right; I'll have to ask: do you have a ticket's ID (7 digit number) for this communication with our team where they're not reply to your inquiries?

If so, could you provide it to me so I can locate it on our system and get on it asap?

Thanks in advance Mike.
